How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. For custom-made orders, please allow 4-6 weeks for craftsmanship and shipping.

Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?

Yes, we offer an optional white-glove service at checkout which includes room-of-choice delivery, professional assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your sofa, you can return it for a full refund, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee.

Is there a warranty on your products?

Every OPTISOFA piece comes with a 10-year limited warranty covering structural defects in the frame and 2 years for cushions and upholstery.

Can I order fabric swatches before purchasing?

Absolutely. You can order up to five fabric swatches for free to ensure the color and texture perfectly match your home decor.
